A special edition of this beloved children’s book about Norfolk’s mermaids is coming out this spring to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the city’s mermaid symbol and the 65th anniversary of St. Mary’s Home for Disabled Children. This revised edition includes all the mermaid statues that have cropped up around Norfolk since the original book was published five years ago, plus a new page for you to color your own mermaid.
