WHAT is The Virginian-Pilot Reader Panel?
While we’ve always welcomed feedback through phone calls, emails and letters, we wanted to hear from an even larger crowd to help us put that feedback into action. Our reader panel is an ongoing internet based feedback tool managed by a third party vendor called RAM (Research and Analysis of Media).

HOW Does It Work?
Click on the link to start and fill out some initial background information. You will receive email invitations to complete an online survey about our newspaper or websites. The invitations will come from admin@rampanel.com approximately every 7 to 10 days. There’s no obligation to participate in every survey; however, the more you participate the quicker you’ll earn reward points. Each survey will take 2 to 3 minutes. All feedback/responses are anonymous, so please, give honest feedback. When you’ve earned enough points, you’ll be able to claim your rewards. |
